Experienced Server

We are looking to add a full time server to our front of team. This is a great opportunity to work among a creative team in a fast paced and fun environment. We serve dishes created with only the freshest ingredients from our local farm partners alongside an excellent beverage program featuring house cocktails, eclectic wines, and (of course) craft beer. Previous service experience is a must to be seriously considered.

Line Cook

We are looking to hire line cooks. This is a great opportunity to work with a creative team and menu that rotates with the season, sourcing the best ingredients from our local farm partners and beyond. The Deep City Line Cook will be at the front lines, executing recipes and menu items developed by the Chef.  You will be responsible for presenting new dishes with precision and quality that meet Deep City company standards. Tasked with mastering the stations, you will also be accountable for cleanliness, food and equipment safety knowledge.

Sous Chef

We are looking to  hire an experienced sous chef.   Knowledge and experience is a requirement. Management expertise and experience with professional cooking over a wood-fired grill is a plus.   This is a great opportunity to work with a creative team and menu that rotates with the season, sourcing the best ingredients from our local farm partners and beyond.  The Sous Chef will assist in managing the line and ensuring the flow of service is efficient and smooth. The Sous Chef will have the opportunity to create and have input on new menu creations. A key responsibility will be mentoring, training and disciplining staff.
